What we collect
Details you give us through our contact form, by email or by phone: your name, company, email address, telephone number and message.
Business contact details of the clients, contractors and consultants we work with.
Technical data collected by our website platform (Wix), such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. See Cookies below.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
To reply to enquiries and prepare fee proposals: our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
To deliver and administer our services: performance of a contract.
To keep records we are required by law to keep, such as accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
To run and secure our website: our legitimate interests. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website platform (Wix.com), email and file storage (Microsoft 365), accountants, professional advisers and insurers. They act on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are normally deleted after two years. Client and project records are normally kept for six years after a project ends, or longer where needed for legal, insurance or professional liability reasons.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
