Design & Technical Consultancy
Skilfully & deliberately
arranged
Engineered Environment is a multidisciplinary design consultancy providing Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health consultancy services for developments within the built environment.
From performance specifications to detailed design of all aspects of building services, Charlie Roberts and a team of associate engineers are there to help every step of the way. Working as part of the wider project team, including architects, structural engineers, project managers and quantity surveyors or as an independent consultant.

Contact us for Mechanical and Electrical Design, Sustainability and Net Zero Carbon through to surveys and troubleshooting; our clients rely on us for the most innovative, practical solutions.
Client supervisor / Technical advisor
Many construction projects need an overseer to ensure that they remain compliant with specifications, drawings and regulation; by covering all elements of MEP design and commissioning, our turnkey TA service does this, and more.

This additional but necessary assurance improves performance, reduces costly delays, and – most importantly – prevents any headaches for our clients. Their best interests are our absolute priority.

We also work as independent consultants and are available to advise on any matter as required. Whatever you want to know, you can rely on us to take an objective viewpoint, making sound judgements based on our wealth of experience, looking attentively at every detail on your behalf.

Working collaboratively with us means that you receive everything in writing, notably documented site inspection reports for distribution to contractors and contract administrators. We organise regular meetings with all involved parties, providing insightful advice regarding quality, design, programme updates, and cost.
As your project nears completion, we produce meticulously crafted snagging sheets, as well as officially witnessing the commissioning and sign-off of the critical life safety systems. We also certify the MEP services as complete, and thoroughly check the accuracy of drawings and manuals before they are bound into Health and Safety files. Finally, we will continue to support you with the coordination of FM training and seasonal commissioning post-handover, going above and beyond to provide you with the highest quality service throughout.
Building services design
We design efficient building services systems including detailed mechanical, electrical and public health plus life safety systems performance specification.

Engineered Environment Limited recognise the need to correctly comprehend the requirements of a design brief and this concept is reflected in the management philosophy of the Company. The Director retains direct control of all projects from the preliminary stages of design to the final commissioning and handover.
